CRAFT

Take some black card and cut out a rectangle, cut out three circles from red, orange or green paper or you could colour in some white paper. Write the words on using a black pen, like in the picture. You could add some ribbon or string and hang it on your wall.

Use this craft as a reminder to STOP, THINK and GO!

Prayer Time (you can use a spinning top)
Spin the spinning tops and watch as they slow down and stop. Ask God to help you to
slow down and stop when you are feeling angry and out of control.
